Who We AreGlobal Leadership

Alejandra Rossi Global Internal Initiatives Manager

Why I am passionate about Landesa’s mission:

My passion for Landesa’s mission began with my early experience at a nonprofit supporting communities in informal settlements across Latin America, where I saw firsthand how insecure land rights perpetuate cycles of poverty. I am driven by the opportunity to strengthen an organization that advances land rights globally, empowers communities, and creates pathways for economic and social mobility. Land is not just a resource; it is the foundation for dignity, security, and opportunity.
