Julie Pottinger

Julie Pottinger is a #1 New York Times bestselling novelist, having written more than thirty historical romances under the pseudonym Julia Quinn. Her novels have been translated into over forty languages, and her Bridgerton series was developed by Shondaland Media for Netflix into the television series of the same name.

As Julia Quinn she served as the inaugural National Ambassador for EveryLibrary, the nation’s only nonprofit focused on mobilizing voter support for public and school libraries. She was a key figure in their fight against book bans, spreading the word on social media, at countless library talks, and single-handedly raising nearly $100,000 to protect the right to read freely in the United States.

Julie received her Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
