Why I am passionate about Landesa’s mission:

Land rights are the foundation of security for people all over the world. There is no better goal than to give people a reason to believe in a just, equitable, and reliable future for themselves and their children—not to mention the planet—and no better practical path to that future than to give them the tools and support they need to secure it. I love that Landesa successfully combines the ideological and the practical in its pursuit of this mission.

ABOUT LUCY:

As Landesa’s Director of Global Human Resources, Lucy plays a leadership role in enhancing human resources systems to ensure support for the organization and supervises the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office. She establishes and implements HR initiatives that effectively communicate and support organizational culture and strategic vision globally while articulating HR needs. Lucy oversees HR-related functions across the organization, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, training and development, and employee communications and relations. Lucy came to Landesa after working in the Seattle Sonics organization.
