Talha Ashraf

Talha Ashraf is an accomplished healthcare executive and independent board director with nearly three decades of experience in finance, strategy and enterprise transformation. He has served as CFO, CEO and board chair across healthcare organizations, private equity backed companies and nonprofits and is an Audit Committee Financial Expert.

His leadership roles include Premera Blue Cross, McKinsey & Company, McKesson’s Oncology & Specialty Health division, Baxter International, Kindred Healthcare and T-Mobile. He was also Chairman, CEO and President of WorkWell Medical Holdings.

Talha has served on the boards of Countryside Association for People with Disabilities and QuVa Pharma, a Bain Capital backed pharma services company. He joined Landesa’s board in 2026, passionate about human rights and drawn by a conviction that secure land rights are among the most enduring ways to build dignity, equity and opportunity for families around the world.

Talha holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS with honors in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
