Ashley Hayden is sole principal and decision-maker for Hayden Properties, Lake Oswego, Ore. Since May 2018, Hayden Properties has completed more than $425 million in transactions including the disposition of $200M in multifamily assets and the purchase of $240M of new or recently built apartment complexes. The office currently has approximately $500M of commercial real estate assets under ownership and management.

Ms. Hayden has worked as an ophthalmologist and received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Southern California.
